Leif Arvidson joined Norway Hill Home Inspections Client Care Team in September 2020, bringing years of client service experience to the team. With a friendly demeanor and attention to detail, Leif is eager to assist clients with scheduling their home inspections and answering any questions along the way.

A New Hampshire resident for over 30 years and a father of two, Leif understands the importance of a thorough home inspection in making informed purchase decisions, especially for families. Having recently supported his adult daughters in buying homes of their own, he deeply values the peace of mind a quality inspection provides.

Outside of work, Leif enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect his love for nature and craftsmanship. In 2019, he and his wife hiked an impressive 600 miles of the Appalachian Trail. A man of many talents, he also enjoys carving spoons, gardening, fishing, barbershop singing, and growing Christmas trees. Ever in search of a hearty smorgasbord, Leif is a lover of good food and lively conversation.

Leif and his wife currently reside in Harrisville, where they enjoy life surrounded by New Hampshire’s natural beauty.

Josh Cass has been an integral part of Norway Hill Home Inspections since its inception in 2016. As the company’s first hire in its founding year, Josh quickly rose to become the team’s Lead Inspector, reflecting his dedication and expertise. In December 2020, Josh earned the prestigious Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation, meeting rigorous standards set by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). This designation requires at least three years as a licensed inspector and a minimum of 1,000 inspections—benchmarks that Josh has far exceeded.

Josh is licensed to perform home inspections and septic evaluations in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He is also certified to conduct mold sampling, wood-destroying insect inspections, water and radon testing, and, most recently, lead dust clearance testing.

Before joining Norway Hill Home Inspections, Josh honed his skills in the trades while working for the Town of Hancock, NH, where he managed grounds maintenance. His passion for understanding the intricacies of home systems and educating clients is evident in his work. Josh takes pride in helping clients—especially first-time homebuyers—navigate the often-intimidating world of homeownership with confidence and clarity.

A native of Hancock, Josh now resides in Milford. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active at the gym, fishing, and unwinding with occasional video games.

Ricky Sartori has been a dedicated Home Inspector with Norway Hill Home Inspections for the past three years. Licensed in both New Hampshire and Vermont, Ricky brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role, conducting a wide range of inspection services and supporting his colleagues on and off the job site. As of November 2019, Ricky had already completed over 372 inspections, a testament to his expertise and dedication to the industry.

Before joining Norway Hill Home Inspections a year and a half ago, Ricky spent over a decade in the home industry. In 2011, he earned a degree in Building Construction Technology, which laid the foundation for his deep understanding of home systems and structures. Ricky has hands-on experience in all phases of custom home building, with a particular focus on cabinetry and finish work in recent years.

Ricky is passionate about working with clients and agents, particularly those who may feel overwhelmed by the complexities of homeownership. He strives to make the inspection process accessible and informative, helping clients feel confident and prepared for their home’s future.

Wayne Swanson joined Norway Hill Home Inspections in August 2023, bringing his passion for buildings, structures, and exceptional customer service to our team. Excited about the opportunities provided by our tri-state service area, Wayne is eager to share his knowledge and deliver top-notch inspection experiences to clients.

Wayne is licensed to perform home inspections in New Hampshire and Vermont and is certified to conduct mold, radon, pest, and water testing. He also specializes in Internal Chimney Evaluations and has earned his FAA drone license to enhance his inspection capabilities. Dedicated to professional growth, Wayne achieved certification through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), completing its intensive training program.

Before joining Norway Hill Home Inspections, Wayne spent 20 years in corporate compliance within the retail sector. More recently, he transitioned into the home inspection industry, dedicating himself to obtaining the necessary licenses and certifications while operating his own business.

Wayne resides in Athol, MA, with his wife, two children, two German Shepherds, and a cat—each an integral part of the family. In his free time, he enjoys tackling mechanical projects, working on DIY home improvements, and finding inspiration from This Old House, a show that played a pivotal role in shaping his career path.

Dan Lindsay joined Norway Hill Home Inspections in the fall of 2023. Dan is licensed to perform home inspections and septic inspections in both New Hampshire and Vermont.

Sandra Stahl has been a valued member of Norway Hill Home Inspections since its early days, joining Kurt and Jen shortly after the company’s inception. Over the years, she has witnessed its growth and is proud to contribute to its success. In her current role, Sandra provides essential Client Care Services, managing inspection bookings, mailings, and various administrative tasks to support our clients and referral partners.

Before joining Norway Hill, Sandra spent over 19 years as a supervisor at the Peterborough EMS Distribution Center. After retiring, she realized that full retirement wasn’t for her and returned to work at Norway Hill, where she has taken on numerous roles as the company has expanded. Sandra enjoys connecting with clients, helping them schedule the right inspections to meet their needs, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time at her camper in Swanzey, shopping, and vacationing in Aruba with her sister. She is also a devoted grandmother, attending numerous football, soccer, basketball, and lacrosse games to cheer on her grandchildren. Sandra lives in Hancock, where she is surrounded by family, including her son and his family.

Taylor Calix serves as the Marketing Manager for Norway Hill Home Inspections, joining the team in 2021. Based remotely outside of Louisville, Kentucky, she plays a key role in guiding the marketing team, analyzing company and market data, and developing effective strategies to promote the company. Taylor also collaborates with the team to explore innovative ways to engage with and give back to the Norway Hill community.

Jaimee Kay joined our team in February 2023 as the Office Coordinator, bringing over 25 years of experience in managing office operations. In her role, Jaimee oversees all office-related functions, including leading the Finance and HR departments, and providing support as a backup for Client Care. She also serves as the coordinator for our sister company, HomeStead Property Watch, where she schedules watch services, researches contractors, and acts as an advocate and liaison for clients while they are away.

Outside of work, Jaimee is a passionate music enthusiast who enjoys attending live shows. Having traveled extensively throughout New England, she has seen thousands of different bands. Born and raised in Peterborough, Jaimee shares her home with her husband of 30 years, Mark, and their two dogs, Drogon and Rhaegal (a nod to Game of Thrones fans). In her free time, she loves hiking with her dogs, playing with them, and cherishing time spent with family and friends.
