We will review foundations, sills, walls and sheathing. House wrap, insulation plumbing and wiring before the siding or sheet rock goes on. Flashing, ventilation and roof covering should be inspected while it is still visible.

We will put together an inspection schedule that will cover all the critical points as well as provide a final walk through that will look at all the final components that will include the outside grading and finishes.
